My journey started 17 years ago in Oriflame. Ordinary lifestyle, simple personality, adequate needs and with a small family we reside in Mumbai. 

There came a moment in our life when we needed money the most, that’s when Oriflame came into our life like a saviour and transformed Meeta and Devang Kanani from one ordinary couple to extra ordinary partners. We started with demos, trainings and learnt many new things which we also made our leaders learn it. Our network size increased and we achieved titles one after other periodically. Right from Senior Manager to Double Diamond Director we did utter hard work; but as one says, when there is no system there is no foundation, no training there is no confidence, and where there is no knowledge there is no power. We saw these three things lacking in our leaders. We faced a major downfall from Double Diamond to Diamond Director, but this was a learning experience for us. It gave us a lesson to learn and marked our further achievements. We never gave up and wanted to be successful at any cost, we then started working hard with system, training and leadership development and made our leaders independent.

We achieved Executive director title in May 2015. This feeling was priceless; I proudly say we fulfilled our dreams! Cash awards, BMW car, 3 tickets to foreign trips and also gained our reputation back; but sky is not the limit, I want to achieve an extra ordinary and luxurious lifestyle, world class recognition through Oriflame in days to come. Yes, I trust Oriflame!
